A blended wild ale, aged in oak barrels with fresh sugar pumpkins and pineapple sage. Fermented with wild yeast and souring bacteria native to our Coastal Virginia home. 

 With a deep orange hue, Serpentine slithers through sweet gourd character, florid herbal notes, and bright acidity.

Hazy Pale Ale


This special beer is a no-boil, hazy pale ale, dry hopped at 4lbs. per barrel with Citra and Idaho Gem.

Instead of boiling the wort as usual, we simply pasteurized it, dramatically altering the mouthfeel of the finished product. It drinks soft with a pillowy head, backed by intense fruit juice and cotton candy character from the hops.

Imperial Coffee Stout Aged In Whiskey Barrels


Introducing: BLACK CROW (10% ABV) – Imperial Coffee Stout, aged in whiskey barrels for 7 months and conditioned on Bourbon barrel aged coffee from Monstro Coffee Co, organic cocoa nibs, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Black Crow is an amalgam of our Under the Black (Brownie Stout) and Murder of Crows ( Double Coffee Stout), but amplified in ABV and barrel aged. Chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and oak all work in tandem to assault the senses.

Black Crow is available on draft and in 500ml bottles to go.

Double Coffee Stout


This double coffee stout is brewed with English chocolate malt and conditioned on a heap Bourbon barrel aged coffee from the new Monstro Coffee Co.

Bold notes of espresso and Bourbon pair with the dessert-like quality of lactose and residual malt sugars, delivering your senses with a feast of aromas and depth of character.

Hazy Juicy Riff Double IPA


The latest favorite among our customers. A hazy, juicy riff on our legendary flagship Hoptopus double IPA. We took the base recipe and tweaked it, changing the yeast and water profile to juice it up. Hip-Hopto has the exact same hops, just added at later stages to reduce bitterness plus a significantly increased dry-hopping rate.

Mango, clementine, and grapefruit blast out of the glass, carried by a velvety soft mouthfeel and rewarding your tastebuds for the trip to the brewery.

The Reaver (Blend #11) is our legendary flagship sour blonde, fermented exclusively in oak with our mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia. A pure expression of our local microflora, The Reaver radiates tart stone fruit and restrained Brett character.

The second iteration of our foeder aged, dry hopped table beer.  This low alcohol sipper was fermented with our wild native culture of Coastal Virginia microflora and spent its life in oak before being dry hopped with a generous dose of one of our favorites – Mosaic.  Our wild fermentation process is why customers rave about our sour beers.

Delicately funky with a restrained acidity, the added Mosaic brightens the beer with pineapple and subtle guava notes.

Light Lager


Only available at the brewery, this crisp, refreshing lager is brewed with imported German Pilsner malt and hopped generously with Huell Melon, lending it bright character of ripe honeydew.

We’re excited to have a full time lager in the rotation and can’t wait to share it with you. Visit us and let us know if you agree.

REVENANT (4.0% ABV) – Dark English-style Mild, brewed with floor malted Maris Otter, English DRC, and pale chocolate malt. Packed with complex malt flavor and wrapped in a tidy, low alcohol package so you can enjoy it over and over.

Sour Blonde


This delicate beer is refermented with boysenberries in oak barrels, all in the presence of our native culture of wild microflora. Refreshingly tart with a blast of starburst-like fruit character in every sip.

This Imperial Red Rye is brewed with a carefully selected array of sticky, rich malts and hopped like a double IPA. Finished with a generous dry hopping of a blend of our favorites.

New England Style IPA


This double IPA is blasted with a massive 5lbs. per barrel Citra and Idaho 7 dry hopping regimen. Fortress has become a customer favorite

Intense aromas of mango, guava, and pine, with an ultra-soft velvet mouthfeel.

Coastal Festbier


This legendary beer is brewed with flavorful, imported German malts and fermented cold with lager yeast. The result is a malty, crisp flavor that enhances the coming fall days.  Limited supply

Belgian Style Quadruple


A Belgian-style Quadrupel, brewed with a silly amount of barley and dark candi sugar. We fermented it with one of our favorite yeast strains and then laid it to rest in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 8 months.

Leviathan drips with plum, raisin, and sherry-like character; full bodied with a mellow booziness from the barrels. Best paired with cold, dark winter nights.

Hazy IPA


This double IPA assaults the senses with pungent peach, orange and pineapple that leap out of the glass. It’s nuked from space with 4.5lbs. per barrel of Mosaic hops.

This massive Imperial Milk Porter brewed with lactose was patiently aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on a heap of organic cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and Port barrel aged coffee from @monstrocoffee

Bottled for the first time ever, CTD drips with sweet booze, coffee cake, and chocolate character.

Triple IPA


Announcing the 2nd can release for our 8th Anniversary

A monstrously hopped Triple IPA, tactically nuked with over 5lbs. per barrel of lush, tropical dry hops. Pineapple, mango, and papaya trample your palate, with a sneaking bitterness waiting to pull you under.

We make this one rarely, and have canned it only once before. We have a very small case count, so it’s a good idea to snag cans early!

This once-a-year legendary craft beer is brewed with fresh sugar pumpkins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.

Sour Red Ale Blend #2

Mal en Rouge

This legendary sour red ale is re-fermented with Syrah wine grapes in bourbon barrels and has spent more than a year in oak. MeR was fermented with a mixed culture containing microflora native to Coastal Virginia, sourced via our special Coolship.

Character of deep grape, black pepper and blackberry combines with a lengthy bourbon barrel aging to form a beer drizzled with layered fruit, boozy oak and tantalizing acidity.

American Red Ale


Brewed with the malt base and candi sugar of a Belgian Dubbel, but hopped and fermented like an American IPA.  dry hopped intensely with Simcoe and Amarillo.  Always a favorite release from our loyal craft beer lovers.

Farmhouse Style Ale


Biere de Miel: brewed with rich Belgian malt and a high proportion of wildflower honey. Complex yeast esters meet sweet honey on the tongue.

Milk Stout


Vanilla Milk Stout, brewed with lactose + roasted and chocolate malts, and indelicately conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans processed in house. This has a velvety finish on the palate.

Sour Red Ale

The Red Messenger

This sour red ale is 100 percent fermented in oak barrels using mix of farmhouse ale yeast, brettanomyces, and a culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia. Notes of cherry, raisin, and subtle tannins. This beer spends an average of 10 months in the oak barrels!

This West coast style award-winning IPA boasts a powerful hop flavor and aroma. A carefully selected malt base, four varieties of boil hops and a generous dry-hop form an IPA with delightful imbalance.

Pillar of Bones

Brewed with a grain bill and water profile to tune the softness in just right, then nuked🚀 from space with piles of Ekuanot, Falconer’s Flight, and Idaho 7 hops.

Waves of tropical fruit and sticky, resinous pine flood the palate, complimenting the easy drinking mouthfeel. Draft + Growlers while this juicy guy sticks around.

This is our tribute to traditional German brewing, but with a distinctive American spirit. Dominated by pilsner and Munich malts and balanced with additions of noble hops, Riptide is wonderfully sessionable and balanced.

Sea Devil

This brew features a wicked combination of chocolate and roasted and black patent malts. The beer’s huge malt base is balanced out by its bitterness, which packs an extra punch.

Black Fin

Brewed with an array of specialty malts and molasses, Blackfin spends months maturing in freshly dumped Caribbean Rum barrels. This process lends the beer notes of oak, vanilla and additional molasses character.

All Dazer Hazer

A low bitterness, easy drinker, All Dazer Hazer is dry-hopped at an incredibly irresponsible level with Citra and Ekuanot. It features a high proportion of oats and berry, papaya and melon characters dominate.

Ghost Ship

This American Pale Ale is hopped and dry hopped with Citra. This one punches way above its weight class, carefully crafted with tropical blends of mango and orange.

Full Broadside

A French-style farmhouse ale, this Biere de Garde is beefier than its Belgian cousin, Saison.  Meaning “beer to store” or “beer to age”, Biere de Garde is a marriage of strong malt character and spicy yeast esters. Draft + Growlers

We only make on batch of this malty, hoppy beer each winter. Brewed with Vienna, Munich, and rye malts, this unique beer is hopped and dry-hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Amarillo and has a lasting flora aroma.

Honey Rye Saison

Oceanus Aurum

A farmhouse-style saison has peppery notes produced during fermentation. We also add malted rye, which creates spicy flavors that blend seamlessly with a dose of wildflower honey that lends the brew a subtle sweetness.

This is our take on a classic German festbier. Dominated by sweet and flavorful Munich malt, Beachfest is fermented at low temperatures to ensure a clean, crisp finish. Noble hops balance the malt base, lending it subtle, spicy undertones.

Jolly Roger

A classic robust porter brewed with freshly roasted sugar pumpkins. We up the ante by adding fresh cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg and cloves into the boil, resulting in a roasty, spicy fall brew.
