This double IPA is blasted with a massive 5lbs. per barrel Citra and Idaho 7 dry hopping regimen. Fortress has become a customer favorite
Intense aromas of mango, guava, and pine, with an ultra-soft velvet mouthfeel.

This legendary beer is brewed with flavorful, imported German malts and fermented cold with lager yeast. The result is a malty, crisp flavor that enhances the coming fall days. Limited supply
Belgian Style Quadruple
A Belgian-style Quadrupel, brewed with a silly amount of barley and dark candi sugar. We fermented it with one of our favorite yeast strains and then laid it to rest in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 8 months.
Leviathan drips with plum, raisin, and sherry-like character; full bodied with a mellow booziness from the barrels. Best paired with cold, dark winter nights.
Available on draft and to go in 500ml bottles while they last (even though we only have 300 bottles available, we don’t have a limit on bottles purchased).
TOWER OF BONES
This double IPA assaults the senses with pungent peach, orange and pineapple that leap out of the glass. It’s nuked from space with 4.5lbs. per barrel of Mosaic hops.

SOUR BLEND #1
REAVING RAINBOW SOUR ALE
We’re excited to release a brand new addition to our wild beer family. Reaving Rainbow is a foeder-fermented table beer, re-fermented with a multitude of fruits from our primary re-fermentations.
What makes this different is the fruit used has already been fermented in a primary beer. We’ve taken multiple different fruits and blended them into large puncheons for secondary re-fermentation with our foeder table beer. The result is a bright, raucously complex effervescent beer, bursting with tart character from the fruits and wild microflora.

Brewed with rich malts and Belgian rock candi sugar, then conditioned with a heap of fresh cranberries, pureed in-house just minutes before being introduced to the beer. Delightful fruit character, subtle yeast esters, and a restrained sweetness combine to make this a HOLIDAY TREAT. Available on draft and growlers. Limited supply!

This massive Imperial Milk Porter brewed with lactose was patiently aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on a heap of organic cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and Port barrel aged coffee from @monstrocoffee

Mal en Rouge
This legendary sour red ale is re-fermented with Syrah wine grapes in bourbon barrels and has spent more than a year in oak. MeR was fermented with a mixed culture containing microflora native to Coastal Virginia, sourced via our special Coolship.
Character of deep grape, black pepper and blackberry combines with a lengthy bourbon barrel aging to form a beer drizzled with layered fruit, boozy oak and tantalizing acidity.

American Red Ale
Brewed with the malt base and candi sugar of a Belgian Dubbel, but hopped and fermented like an American IPA. dry hopped intensely with Simcoe and Amarillo. On tap and available in limited supply of 4-packs to go! We must limit this release to 1-case per person. Always a favorite release from our loyal craft beer lovers.
Farmhouse Style Ale
Biere de Miel: brewed with rich Belgian malt and a high proportion of wildflower honey. Complex yeast esters meet sweet honey on the tongue. Draft + Growlers
Vanilla Milk Stout, brewed with lactose + roasted and chocolate malts, and indelicately conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans processed in house.
This has a velvety finish on the palate.

Sour Red Ale
The Red Messenger
This sour red ale is 100 percent fermented in oak barrels using mix of farmhouse ale yeast, brettanomyces, and a culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia. Notes of cherry, raisin, and subtle tannins. This beer spends an average of 10 months in the oak barrels!

Dry hopped with piles of Ekuanot, Falconer’s Flight, and Idaho 7, this turbid little number drips with red grapefruit, peach, and tangerine pith. Ultra soft and juicy.

An oak-aged farmhouse-style ale, fermented with farmhouse ale yeast, brettanomyces, and wild yeast and souring bacteria native to Coastal Virginia. Tart and refreshing, this beer carries notes of nectarine and orange zest.

This is our tribute to traditional German brewing, but with a distinctive American spirit. Dominated by pilsner and Munich malts and balanced with additions of noble hops, Riptide is wonderfully sessionable and balanced.

Sour Red Ale
Jolie Rouge Blend #3
This is a rare sour re-fermented in Sherry casks with succulent cherries. This beer is one of our earliest brews from the wild yeast and microflora native to Coastal Virginia. In the early stages of our brewery we committed to aging this beer with rare Sherry barrels. The result is well worth the effort. Tart cherry mingles with oak and marmalade exploding on the palate with waves of soft fruit and complex tannins. Draft and bottles to take home.
Kolsch Style Summer Ale
This limited release Kolsch-style refresher is brewed with a touch of rye. It’s just what you need to beat the heat!

Brewed with an array of specialty malts and molasses, Blackfin spends months maturing in freshly dumped Caribbean Rum barrels. This process lends the beer notes of oak, vanilla and additional molasses character.

All Dazer Hazer
A low bitterness, easy drinker, All Dazer Hazer is dry-hopped at an incredibly irresponsible level with Citra and Ekuanot. It features a high proportion of oats and berry, papaya and melon characters dominate.

We only make on batch of this malty, hoppy beer each winter. Brewed with Vienna, Munich, and rye malts, this unique beer is hopped and dry-hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Amarillo and has a lasting flora aroma.

Honey Rye Saison
A farmhouse-style saison has peppery notes produced during fermentation. We also add malted rye, which creates spicy flavors that blend seamlessly with a dose of wildflower honey that lends the brew a subtle sweetness.

This is our take on a classic German festbier. Dominated by sweet and flavorful Munich malt, Beachfest is fermented at low temperatures to ensure a clean, crisp finish. Noble hops balance the malt base, lending it subtle, spicy undertones.

A classic robust porter brewed with freshly roasted sugar pumpkins. We up the ante by adding fresh cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg and cloves into the boil, resulting in a roasty, spicy fall brew.
