Winston Percefull

Head Brewer

Winston has an extensive background in brewing innovative and quality beers. Prior to joining Reaver Beach in 2018, Winston held senior brewing positions at Origin Beer Lab and Center of the Universe Brewing Co. in Ashland, Va. He graduated from the American Brewers Guild Brewing Science & Engineering Program and is a member of the Master Brewers Association of America.

Jeremy Wilson

General Manager

Jeremy coordinates brewery operations and guides sales development for the brewery. He is working to expand access to Reaver’s range of craft beers across the Tide Water Region and the state. Prior to joining Team Reaver, Jeremy, a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, worked for sales and merchandising at Republic National Distribution Co.

Justin MacDonald

Founder and Director of Brewing

Justin, along with his wife Kristin, founded Reaver Beach Brewing Co. in
2010. Since then, the brewery has become a leader of the region’s craft beer movement, pioneering the use of microflora and becoming the first to install and use a Coolship. Justin is a U.S. Air Force veteran and we thank him for his service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Old Dominion University.

Autumn Hillian

Taproom Manager

As a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, Autumn is dedicated to providing an
outstanding experience for all Reaver Beach visitors. She is the resident
expert on our exceptional craft beers so feel free to test her knowledge with all your Reaver-related queries, from tasting notes to the best food pairings. Prior to joining Team Reaver, Autumn served as a brewery guide at Green Flash in Virginia Beach. She is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of Virginia and a native of Virginia Beach.

Nathan Minzer

Assistant Brewer

Nathan joined Team Reaver in 2017 after earning a bachelor’s degree in fermentation sciences at Appalachian State University. His first creation for Reaver, the British-style mild Revenant, was released to rave reviews in January 2018. Nathan, a Certified Cicerone, took home a silver medal in the 2016 U.S. Open College Beer Competition.

Shelby Godfrey

Assistant Taproom Manager

Shelby has been a member of Team Reaver for nearly two years. The
Cicerone Certified Beer Server and Virginia Beach native previously managed beer and wine tastings and merchandising for Grape and Gourmet.

Jacob Riley

Taproom Customer Experience

Jacob is  dedicated to providing an outstanding experience with our craft beers. Born in Texas, he has been living in Virginia Beach since 2014.  Jacob is a Marine veteran and we thank him for his service to our country.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, video games, gardening, jiu-jitsu, traveling and of course drinking craft beer.

Mark Adkins

Head Reaver

Mark is an avid craft beer champion, committed to producing quality beers and supporting the local community. He has a rich background in media, production environments, distribution and sales. Mark lived in several areas of Northern Virginia before joining the Reaver Team. He enjoys a great craft beer, fly fishing, golfing, painting and spending time with his family.
