Josh coordinates brewery operations and guides sales development for the brewery. He comes to Reaver with a diverse Restaurant background, working with full service, quick service, and multi unit brands. Josh is a Virginia Beach native that enjoys spending time with his son, barbecues in the summertime and is an avid beach bum during the summer months. Oh, and he loves craft beer!
Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Courtney moved to Virginia Beach in 2018 and started working in the craft beer industry. She’s worked at breweries since moving to the area and when she’s not at work you’ll likely find her at the dog park, the beach, or enjoying nice cold craft beer.
Eric has been in the Beer, Wine, & Liquor industry for over 9 years. Born in Germany and raised in the South, his journey through the Beverage Industry has seen him manage liquor stores and gain extensive knowledge of West Coast Wine regions before running a taproom with 35 taps and 200+ beers from across the country and entire world. He is Cicerone Certified and ready to help you find your next favorite beer!
Chelsea is a 757 native with a passion for photography and anything outdoors. When she's not working, she's likely traveling, camping, or hanging with her dog while binging Netflix.
Jacob is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience with our craft beers. Born in Texas, he has been living in Virginia Beach since 2014. Jacob is a Marine veteran and he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, video games, gardening, jiu-jitsu, traveling and of course drinking craft beer.
Caroline is a VB native with a taste for craft beer! When she is not at work, she likes exploring the different local breweries with her dogs!
Mark is an avid craft beer champion, committed to producing quality beers and supporting the local community. He has a rich background in media, production environments, distribution and sales. Mark lived in several areas of Northern Virginia before joining the Reaver Team. He enjoys a great craft beer, fly fishing, golfing, painting and spending time with his family.
